ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME
My journey started with a love for art and technology, which evolved into a passion for blending creativity, psychology, and data.
I hold a B.S. in Cognitive Neuroscience Psychology with minors in Informatics and Spanish from the University of Illinois and an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
I combine research, strategy, and collaboration to design experiences that are both intuitive and evidence-based. My process begins with understanding how people think, feel, and make decisions. I specialize in user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and ethnographic research to translate real behaviors into actionable insights that inform product and business strategy.
Using tools like ATLAS.ti, Optimal Workshop, Tableau, and Qualtrics, I uncover patterns that guide design direction and measurable impact. I manage projects in Agile and Waterfall environments using Jira, Confluence, and Notion. With experience in presentation design and business case development, I translate research findings into clear recommendations that drive adoption and align stakeholders around user-centered goals.
As a UX Researcher, I bring a balance of analytical depth and human understanding. I’m especially interested in how artificial intelligence is transforming user experiences. I see AI not just as a tool, but as a collaborator that, when guided by empathy and ethics, can amplify human creativity and make technology more personal and inclusive.
